At Heat Free Hair, we want you to love your natural texture; however, for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that are in their original, unopened packaging with security seals intact within 14 days of delivery.

Upload clear photos of the unopened bundles and intact security tags to ensure your items meet our strict hygiene safety standards.
Ship Your Items
Once approved, print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your extensions in their original box to prevent damage during transit.
Processing & Credit
After our quality control team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for exchanges within 5-7 business days.
