How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery only if the security seal is unbroken and the hair has not been worn or manipulated.
